AT&T Opt Out Letter Template

You can send in the Opt Out Letter at ANY TIME.  Just beware that you will be required to stay on  Contract 4000-1 with AT&T until 12 months after you submit the letter.  In such a case, you will have to do a special 471 to accomodate two service providers in the same year.  Gary Rawson or Lee Bray can help with this.
